  1. 1 Rental duration is 24 hours.
  2. 2 Cancellation of rental less than 1 x 24 hours will be subject to a rental fee for 1 day according to the type of vehicle.
  3. 3 The lessee is willing and has no objection if PT. SULTAN BAYU SEGARA conducts a survey, data and document verification to related institutions, banks, neighbors or at the workplace.
  4. 4 Prospective vehicle renters are willing to show their original ID card and other original documents to PT. SULTAN BAYU SEGARA as verification of the authenticity of the renter's data and provide a car deposit of IDR 1,000,000 or motorcycle deposit of IDR 500,000. Deposit refunds are only made via bank transfer within 5 working days (after waiting for the e-ticket bill, if any). Proof of transfer will be sent via email or WhatsApp after the vehicle is received back by PT. SULTAN BAYU SEGARA.
  5. 5 The car is equipped with AllRisk insurance. If an accident occurs, the renter is required to pay an insurance claim fee of IDR 500,000 per panel and still pay a vehicle rental fee of 100% of the rental price while the car is under repair.
  6. 6 Full payment of vehicle rental must be made at the latest when the vehicle is received by the renter.
  7. 7 Excess hours or overtime upon return will be charged 20% per hour of the vehicle rental price, with a maximum overtime of 3 hours. The remainder will be calculated as overday (full day).
  8. 8 There is no charge for pick-up/delivery at PT. SULTAN BAYU SEGARA office. Car delivery to the airport will be charged IDR 50,000, and the cost of delivery/pick-up to other locations/out of town will be subject to an adjustment fee based on the distance from the office.
  9. 9 The lessee is PROHIBITED from transferring, lending, renting, pawning, or selling the vehicle to any party, and is prohibited from using the rented vehicle to commit unlawful acts, such as carrying narcotics and psychotropic drugs, committing theft and robbery, and other unlawful activities in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
  10. 10 The renter agrees and does not object if all payments to the Rental party, including the deposit, cannot be REFUNDED when the renter is proven to be in violation of point no. 9 or any other point in the agreement.
  11. 11 The Rental Party has the right to take security measures, or even take the vehicle unilaterally, by force, if necessary, if in its opinion security is required to get the vehicle unit back. The lessee releases the Rental party from all legal claims related to these actions, including efforts to take legal steps, by filing a lawsuit/report with the police/Military Police/Propam/General/Military Court, both criminal and civil, against the lessee or other parties suspected of participating in acts against/violating the law.
  12. 12 Replacement of damage to additional facilities will be charged to the renter, as long as the vehicle is under the control of the renter, according to the price of the vehicle facilities that were damaged.
  13. 13 Always double check your belongings. The rental company is not responsible for any loss of items left in the vehicle.
  14. 14 Vehicles can only be used within the province of Bali. PT. SULTAN BAYU SEGARA prohibits renters from taking vehicles outside the island of Bali unless there is a permit or prior agreement.
  15. 15 Vehicle renters are required to return or replace the fuel purchase fee of IDR 50,000 per box/one bar for vehicles up to 2,000cc and IDR 150,000 per box/one bar for vehicles above 2,000cc.
  16. 16 Vehicles handed over to the customer or renter in a clean condition must be returned in a clean condition as well. If the vehicle is returned dirty, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of IDR 50,000.
  17. 17 The renter is required to take a photo with the vehicle (glasses & mask removed) at the time of vehicle handover. All photos and documentation are the full property of the rental and the renter does not object to being published if required by the rental party in the future, and the renter releases the rental party from all legal claims.
  18. 18 If an accident occurs, the vehicle breaks down, or experiences other problems, the renter is PROHIBITED from taking action to replace/change vehicle spare parts or other equipment without the permission of PT. SULTAN BAYU SEGARA.
  19. 19 If the Rental Party receives an e-ticket bill according to the date and duration of the renter when renting a vehicle, the renter is obliged to complete and pay off all of the e-ticket bills to the rental party.
